These are some random pics of training at the Texas Kettlebell Club this past year. I've improved a lot in this past year. I went for 4 shaky pull ups to 21 in a row. I was able to complete the CrossFit "Fran" workout without any assistance on the pull ups! I'm now working on Muscle Ups.
