Training Update

Been working out doing Kettlebells/CrossFit/Boxing/ and MMA and am really enjoying the training! I'm in my mid thirty's so my body doesn't recover as quick as it use to but I love the training! I hope to get some pictures of me doing MMA and Boxing training soon.

I workout at the Texas Kettlebell Club then head next door to Seguin MMA for jiu-jitsu/boxing/kick boxing/ MMA/ and sparring. They are the real deal! These guys train to fight, not to "get in shape".
